Ninja JajaMaru: The Great Yokai Battle + Hell is the latest release in the popular sidescrolling Ninja JaJaMaru-Kun action series. This hit game series, originally released in the 1980s, continued in the 1990s and now arriving outside Japanese shores for a the very first time.

The Great Yokai Battle + Hell Deluxe Edition includes a new mode along with other additional content. Players take control of JaJaMaru and friends to clear stages.

There are over 20 characters with unique abilities that can be unlocked by collecting coins from defeated enemies. These coins can be used to unlock more music and content. The Hell Mode is unlocked by collecting 10,000 Jalecoins. This new chapter lets players enjoy grand battles against even stronger adversaries.

Hell Mode also lets the heroes upgrade to Super JaJaMaru and Super BlueJaJa, with Super JaJaMaru excelling at close-range combat while Super BlueJaJa’s strength lies in long-ranged attacks.
