Except for the Silverhead Republic... You are the only hope left! Get into one of the Striker planes or the zeppelin with an aerial mine launcher, and fight the Steel Empire war. Shoot the enemies in front and behind you, and use bombs to eliminate targets on the ground. If you find it too tough, you can also use devastating attacks that clear the screen. Blast your way through seven tricky stages full of well-balanced European-style action as you engage in interesting boss battles.

Steel Empire saw the light of day in the golden age of shoot'em ups in the early 1990s for a 16-bit console and has since been ported to handheld consoles. The Legend of Steel Empire is the most recent addition to the saga. This HD version is based on the PC game from a few years ago, but there are additions: All graphics have been upgraded to high definition and the controls have been tweaked.
